A US district judge who ruled Naples’ officials said this week they were unable to force a family-friendly drug show.
It angered Donald, a conservative Republican who replaced DeSantis, who criticized US district judge John Steele for saying that Napoli Pride had the right to amend the show in public.
“You have to be an adult to join a strip club, but Clinton-appointed Judge John Steele hopes that a sexually-excellent drug show will be held next to Naples’ popular children’s playground.” Posted on x. “This ruling is violent and the city of Naples should appeal this case to the Supreme Court.”
He didn’t mention that Naples’ Pride said the show was family friendly.

But the Pride Leaders of Naples are confident that the show will be played, as they won a day in court and the show has had no incident in the past few years.
“Drug performance is a protected form of expression. Duration. The district court’s decision is thoughtful, well-ripe and firmly rooted in longstanding constitutional principles,” says Callhan Soldavini, a lawyer for Pride in Naples.
“Attacking federal judges simply because politicians disagree with the outcome contributes to a troublesome and dangerous tendency: erodes public trust in the judiciary and undermines what undermines the foundations of democracy.
On Wednesday, reporters at nearby Fort Myers asked DeSantis about the fight, and he said the nation would fight by allowing drug shows of all ages.
“We’re going to protect the innocence of our children. Why is it a problem to say you can’t do anything sexually explicit in front of minors? “Now, you somehow have people who go to court and they really want to push the envelope into something like this. I want Florida to be family-friendly.
Again, the planned drug show is family-friendly.
But he has not mentioned so far that Florida law focused on stopping minors from taking part in drug shows. This month the Court of Appeals upheld a lower court’s decision to throw anti-drug laws signed by Desantis. This prohibits minors from entering live shows of sexual content.
