People are Call it the rugby version. A royal wedding moment: USA Rugby Sevens star Alev Kelter proposed to his girlfriend, rugby player Katherine Treder, in Paris.
In a video posted to Instagram, skateboarding champion Heimana Reynolds films the two women from Alaska as Kelter proposes to them in Paris after the U.S. won its first bronze medal in women’s rugby sevens. The montage also includes Kelter’s 96-year-old grandmother congratulating the two women.
“Alef Kelter “I went from bronze medal right to getting down on one knee!! Here’s a photo capturing that special moment 🫶🏼,” Reynolds wrote.
“Backstory – I never did a proposal photoshoot, Alef Kelter She told me her plans and asked if I would like to capture this moment and I felt so honored. I am so grateful to Aleph and the Kelter family for welcoming me and trusting me to capture this once in a lifetime moment 🖤 I am so happy for you all.”
