Drag As drug shows across the country continue to face threats and violence, the group has used their experience to compile books of resources to help other artists protect themselves. Qomittee, a national advocacy network of drug artists and allies led by well-known hate crime survivors such as Pulse and Club Q Mass Shooting, has published The Drag Defense Handbook. The document, over 40 pages, shows how drug artists and organizers fought back against harassment and bans.
🕯️The famous queer poet Andrea Gibson has passed away. According to Gibson’s social account, the poet “died Monday in a home surrounded by his wife, Meg, four ex-girlfriends, mother and father, dozens of friends and three beloved dogs. Take a rest with strength.
Arizona Arizona non-binary special education teacher has settled a lawsuit against the school district after two board members reportedly publicly posted addresses on social media, accusing them of “grooming” their children.
