In the highly anticipated first look at the third season Interview with a vampirea bloody, strange love story finally places it in front and center of Restat. Yes, Brat Prince has a microphone. He didn’t return it immediately.
Anne Rice’s second adaptation Vampire Chronicles novel Vampire Stat (1985), Season 3 flips the script after two Louis-led longings, betrayals, and memory wars. The AMC series is always on Louis de Point du Lac (Jacob Anderson) As he speaks of his fascinating and chaotic (later) life Lestat de Lioncourt (Sam Reed), but now? Lestat could have been someone else’s villain edit. Exclusive sharing Entertainment WeeklyReid confirms that Lestat narrates his own story – sets it in a explosion of rudder, flashy, and naturally rock and roll and bisexual energy. “I really can’t believe we’re doing that,” Reed said. “Sometimes, I say, “What the hell is it?”
For Lestat, music is not a costume, it is a weapon. “Lestat has an intention to express his opinions and experiences through music, music videos, recordings and everything of this kind,” Reid says. “And they’re finding a great, cool way to weave it through many dense parts.” Translation: Expect storytelling through spectacles.
And without the numbers, the Rockstar Vampire is not complete. Luckily for us, season 3 is plagued by them. Reed began working closely with the composer Daniel Hart Long before filming began. “It was an adventure in itself to try and solve the character’s arc through a song,” he adds.
We don’t have a track name yet, but Reed promises that the sound is “pure rock”. This is to celebrate Rice’s original vision as the vampire rock god. Expect the impact of Swagger, Synth, maybe some charm, and a big emotional shaking.
