If you stepped onto the dance floor over the past 30 years, you probably felt the presence of Aviance. He is the voice behind club staples like “Din Da Da,” “Alive,” and the underground classic “Cunty.” His fusion of home, electronics and soul has kept him at the forefront of music and fashion for decades.
Then came the moment that defined his career when Beyoncé tapped him for Grammy-winning “Pure Honey” in 2022 Renaissance album. Aviance is moving forward now Hippo!his first full-length project dropped on October 10th. Produced by DJ Gomi and Cherie Lily, the track pulsates with runway energy and pays tribute to his late grandfather, Hector, Xtravaganza.

“‘Bloodline’ is more than a song for me,” Aviance says. “It’s part of my heart and history. It celebrates the chosen family and heritage that shaped who I am. With every beat, I want to connect, empower people and express myself freely.”
DJ Gomi called the process a “journey of passion and respect,” adding that he was trying to create something “to move your body and respect the spirit of the ballroom.”
