“I wish people would stop commenting on people’s photos,” he said. “That’s ridiculous and vulgar.” Hey, he has a point!

“It’s the way people comment on my photos,” he added, listing some of the accusations he has since received on his page. “I’ve had all sorts of plastic surgery. I’ve had everything done. I’ve been told I’ve had a facelift and a nose job.”

Karamo added that “everything is real” about her appearance, before joking that she wished it were like this. did undergo plastic surgery.

“I wish I had,” he laughed. “I want some. I’m not going to lie to you guys. I’m going to tell you guys when I’m done.”
