Joe Keery Donates Tour Proceeds to Support LGBTQ+ Youth

stranger things Star and musician Joe Keery (a.k.a.) Joe) is spending money on his music. The actor-turned-artist donated $1 for every ticket sold. Another bite tour to alliance alliancea nonprofit organization that supports LGBTQ+ youth.

Founded by Jack and Rachel Antonoff, the organization partners with musicians to promote equality and create safe spaces for queer fans. The artists they partner with use their platforms to raise awareness of the systemic inequalities faced by the LGBTQ population, and to galvanize prominent members of the creative community and their fan bases to address these issues in meaningful and impactful ways.

In a TikTok post, The Ally Coalition thanked Keely for her contribution and wrote: “We are very grateful to Djo and his entire team for their support and congratulations on a great tour.”

Keely explained the motivation behind the donation in a video:

“I support The Ally Coalition and am happy to be a part of it and bring awareness to people. A safe space where people can be themselves“This year has been filled with so much change and growth, and we hope this dollar will help others.”

We had the chance to speak with @Djo before his final show of the tour at LA’s Greek Theater. Djo donated $1 from every ticket sold to TAC for his “Another Bite Tour,” which supports LGBTQ+ youth. We are so grateful to Djo and his entire team for their support and congratulations on a great tour ❤️

Ally Coalition’s mission is simple but urgent. Although the LGBTQ+ community has made great strides toward equality, gay youth still face alarming rates of bullying, depression, and violence. With dozens of states introducing anti-LGBTQ+ laws in the last year alone, support networks like TAC are more important than ever.

To fight back, TAC is activating both fans and artists. The group participates in touring activities such as: boygenius, Remi Wolf, Lizzie McAlpineand spectator To raise awareness and action at shows in North America and Europe. They also brought together hundreds of artists including: lady gaga, elton johnand ariana grandewhich promotes federal protections like the Equality Act and its annual report new york talent show Features performances by icons such as taylor swift, load, Lana Del Reyand Hayley Kiyoko.

What’s next for Keeley?

Keeley spent most of 2025 promoting his third studio album. corereleased in April. of Another bite tour It closed earlier this month at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles. He is currently preparing for the press to prepare for his return as Steve Harrington. stranger things 5. The final season will begin streaming on November 26th, with new episodes available throughout the holidays until January 1st, 2026.
