Los Angeles Chargers coach Jim Harbaugh has seven children, including four sons (one of whom is gay), and would like to adopt another one in quarterback Justin Herbert if he could.
Harbaugh, in his first season with the Chargers, clearly has an obvious fondness for Herbert, which is easy to understand considering Herbert is a talented, handsome, 6-foot-10 man.
“He doesn’t have any genes in his body that he’d want to trade anytime soon,” Harbaugh said of Herbert on Friday, adding that he now wears the same sneakers as the quarterback — something a sixth-grader does when he wants to get the attention of the hot new kid in class.

Harbaugh added, “If you don’t love Justin Herbert, something’s wrong.”
“I want to be Best friend With him.’Me too.
After a video went viral of Harbaugh slapping Herbert’s chest and shoulder pads (something he has done in other coaching jobs) before the Chargers’ Week 1 win over the Las Vegas Raiders, Herbert’s initial response was to hug his coach.
Herbert acknowledged that he was caught off guard by his coach. “I wasn’t ready,” he said. “I thought it was a moment of, ‘OK, let’s give it a go,’ but he hit me a couple times and I thought that was it, but he kept hitting me and hitting me. I’ll do better next time.”
CBS later aired the footage again of the coach punching the player, with Herbert appearing unsure of how to respond.
I think it’s great that Harbaugh has no problem showing affection to his players, and we need more of that in a sport like football. I wish the Harbaugh-Herbert duo a long and successful career.
