Elton John has released a new album with Brandi Carlisle, titled Who believes in angels?
The Oscar-nominated duo received a track nod from the gay superstar documentary, “Never Date Too Too Late.” Elton John: It’s never too latethey have released a 10-track album together.
The title track will be released on Wednesday (February 5th) and the pair will also be streaming one-off concerts for next month, and will be called appropriately The night with Elton John and Brandi Khalil. It is called a “one-night exclusive event” featuring “performance and storytelling.”
Fans will only have the opportunity to purchase tickets if they pre-order an album, which will be released on April 4th.
The upcoming work is not only a collaboration between John and Carlisle, but also thanks to the genius of producer Andrew Wyatt and John’s longtime co-researcher Bernie Taupin. The team has shared nominations for the Oscar’s best original song from John’s latest documentary, and the tracks are also included in upcoming albums.
