Did Cooper Koch wear a prosthetic leg in the shower scene in Monsters?

There’s a mystery everyone is talking about: actor Cooper Koch wore a prosthetic leg during a nude shower scene in a movie. Monster: The Story of Lyle and Erik Menendez Did you play Eric Menendez on Netflix?

The scene in question occurs in the third episode, just after the brothers are arrested for the murders of their parents, Jose and Kitty Menendez. While awaiting trial, Eric is shown befriending another inmate named Tony. After the other prisoners finish, the two head to the shower together.

This scene is particularly intimate, as Eric and Tony exchange glances while doing laundry. It is unclear whether this moment is based on a true event, but Koch appears completely naked in the scene, leading many viewers to wonder if he was wearing a prosthetic leg.

Cooper Koch happy with nudity in past roles

Although no official announcement has been made regarding the use of prosthetics, Koch has spoken in the past about his comfort in nude scenes. In 2022, Koch starred in a horror film swallowedwhich also included a full-frontal nude scene. when asked queer review Regarding her own comfort with nude scenes, Koch said, “My mother felt some resistance.”

Director Koch hasn’t said whether he used prosthetics, but given his past experience with on-screen nudity, it wouldn’t be surprising to see him perform this scene without one.
