Among the charms of Beverly Hills, Christopher and Daniel have created a wedding that is as bold, colorful and unique as their love story. Taking inspiration from vibrant patterns, rich textures and fearless designs from Italian fashion house Etro, the couple created a wedding experience that seamlessly blends high fashion with heartfelt tromance.
A love story that started in the pandemic
Christopher and Daniel first met in the summer of 2020 on the dating app Coffee Meat Bagels during the middle of a global pandemic. Their first date at the South Beverly Hills South Beverly Grill was a mask event filled with sushi, Chardonnay and an instant, undeniable connection. The sparks flew as they talked about their past and dreams for the future. It laid the foundation for ever-growing love with adventure, friendship and deep, unwavering commitment.
Two years later, Christopher proposed in an intimate moment on the balcony. The engagement ring was hidden within Daniel’s beloved plants, causing his curiosity and leading to an unforgettable surprise.

Fashion as Art: A Statement of Style
Etro’s distinctive paisley prints and gorgeous fabrics played a central role in the couple’s wedding day looks. Christopher wears an off-white etro suit embossed with the brand’s iconic paisley pattern, complemented by a bronze silk cat bow shirt and accessorized with a vintage brooch and green velvet Jimmy Choice I did. Daniel embraced her love for flowing silhouettes and bold colors, transforming her Etro dress into a stunning orange cape, draped over an off-white silk embroidered shirt and emerald green velvet pants. He perfected his appearance with sparkling bronze Ferragamo shoes, embodying the essence of high fashion and personal expression.

A ceremony surrounded by colour and love
The ceremony, held on the lavish Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills outdoor patio, was a stunning blend of romance and artistic expression. It featured a custom background shaped like a heart and Etro’s distinctive paisley print, serving as an impressive focus decorated with a vibrant floral explosion.
Each partner has created separately that the live harpists have deep, personal choices. Björk’s “All Is All Is Full of Love” is Daniel and Taylor Swift’s “Lovers.” Under the open sky surrounded by loved ones, they exchanged personal written vows, and promised each other a life of love, adventure and unwavering support.
Celebrations of heritage and joy
The reception continued its themes of vibrant colours and cultural richness. To celebrate Daniel’s Mexican heritage, the couple surprised guests with a lively Mariaci performance featuring traditional dancers. The energy in the room was electricity to sing and celebrate the union on nights filled with music, laughter and joy.
From flower arrangements by Nevela florists to stunning cakes from the edge of butter, every detail of the evening reflects the couple’s commitment to creating a unique wedding.
Words of wisdom for future couples
When asked what advice they would give to other couples planning a wedding, Christopher and Daniel emphasized the importance of staying true to your vision. “Be kind and patient with the plan. This day is yours – make it yours. There is so much information and advice there, and it’s easy to feel pressured to fit in. Resist and create something that truly represents you.”
