Politicians would say things about me in public, but it was totally fine with me because I was a gay kid. Megachurch pastors called me the Antichrist, and that was perfectly acceptable because I was a gay kid. No one defended me. No one came to my rescue.”“When I talk to people about this, they say, ‘So what do you expect? You’re the gay kid in this movie.’ Glee.
