The BBC firmly denies rumors that suggest it Doctor Who And that lead star, Ncuti Gatwa, is facing cancellation as he is allegedly “Wokery” in his storyline. A broadcaster known as the recent tabloid report “mistakes” report and dismisses claims that the long-term sci-fi series is at risk for x.

Speculation came after an article published by solar On February 17th, Gatwa, who debuted as the 15th doctor in December 2023, claimed he was scheduled to leave the show after two seasons. The report also suggested that fans were upset about including progressive themes in their storyline.

“I don’t want to override something very realistic that is racism, homophobic. I don’t act like they don’t exist or they don’t affect me. They do. But I don’t pay any attention to it and try to see a lot of positive things that have come from participating in Whoniverse,” Gatwa said.
