“I feel like things changed when Larian decided to record every line that mentioned pronouns with a they/them option,” Baranova said. “We had already started recording and we had a lot of lines packed in just ‘he’ and ‘she’ pronouns, but we brought people back so we could say ‘they/them,’ even if it was just one line.”
