Alice Oseman reveals Heartstopper Volume 6 release date

Alice Osseman has announced the release date Heart Stopper Volume 6 as fans prepare to say goodbye to Nick and Charlie.

Oseman began writing hit queer web-comic in 2016, telling the uplifting love stories of Charlie Spring and Nick Nelson. Solitaire.

Osseman, who takes her to social media on Wednesday (September 24th), posted a cute video of herself Heart Stopper The 2026 calendar will be off the shelf and through the leaves until next July. It will then be labeled “Vol. 6 Release Day!!” on July 2, 2026.

In the caption in the post, Osseman wrote:Heart Stopper Volume 6 will be released on July 2, 2026. Heart Stopper…I’m still drawing it now and having a good time!!! But when it’s over, I’d be very sad.”

Commenting on Wednesday’s announcement, Osseman said, “It’s really the end of the times. I’ve been working on it. Heart Stopperin some way, the best part of the decade. What started out as a fun side project has become bigger than I ever imagined.

“It was a dream to see fans all over the world embrace Nick, Charlie and the whole gang in their hearts. I’m blown away to see how this love story has a positive impact and is embraced by many. I hope the joy continues even after closing this final chapter.

The graphic novel series has become a global phenomenon since it first released online for free. It is printed and sells over 10 million copies in 39 countries.

And of course, the popular Netflix Adaptation starring KitConnor, Joe Rock, Yasmin Finney and more was born. The series lasts three seasons, adding new material and matures with viewers, while closely adapting the graphic novel.

The series will end next year with the release of a feature film. Heart stopper foreverthis is based on the sixth volume and novel in the future, Nick and Charlie.

Heart Stopper Volume 6 will be available in the UK, Australia and New Zealand on July 2, 2026. Available in the US and Canada from July 7, 2026. You can pre-order. here.
