Eyes on the Sky: Dealing with Emotional Grunge
Intensity from this week until August 5thNumber
There are some challenges in the stars this week that could cause further emotional turmoil, frustration, and anxiety.
First, Venus changes signs on July 30-31, moving through an emotionally tangled area called Gandanta (Cancer 29.00), where deep unconscious and emotional patterns are difficult to grasp and untangle. It’s time to let go of emotional attachments and ties, and free yourself up for the Leo firepower that wants to act, move forward, and create.
Secondly, Saturn, Mars and Ketu will be in conjunction in Taurus Navamsha in D9 chart from 1st to 5th August.Number Venus will also join us for a few days from August 3rd to 5th.NumberSaturn and Ketu have been conjunct for some time now, potentially creating some repressed anger that could erupt at any time, and now we add Mars in there on August 1st.st I have a feeling the situation in Venezuela will get even worse over the weekend as violence and riots will occur, and Venus will try to calm things down from August 3rd to 5th.Number However, it will create messy and unstable relationship quarrels. This is occurring in the D9 chart and will increase the mental and emotional inner turmoil that can explode on a manifest level.
Thirdly, retrograde Saturn continues to be a big issue. It has a tendency to create more pain, suffering and anxiety for certain rising signs and as it aspects Aries, Leo and Scorpio, it will affect these signs the most and Aquarius will benefit the most as its chart ruler strengthens its sign. If you have retrograde Saturn in your birth chart, it will be triggered during the transit. Retrograde Saturn in your birth chart often represents a dereliction of responsibilities. The house it is in will give you hints as to areas that need to be worked on. So natal retrograde Saturn in the 2nd house could give you a lesson about responsibilities regarding savings, food and taking care of your family. Saturn retrograde forces us to be more honest with ourselves and not get caught up in illusions and blame for things that are not going well in our life.
Retrograde planets are brighter and closer to the Earth. Therefore, the focus is on the past, disappointments, and abuse suffered. This creates a situation of deep introspection as they feel awkward about introspecting and moving forward but do not want to go back. Hence the planetary influence of thinking instead of doing that happens depending on the retrograde planet. For example, if Saturn is retrograde, a person may think deeply about spirituality but only in a reflective sense rather than practicing it.
The world is swirling with media fears of World War III, the loss of democracy, and nations breaking apart. Venezuela has already exploded over possible election fraud and plunged into civil war, and Israel and Lebanon are escalating tensions and heading for war.
Would you go into a bomb shelter? Most people out there have a few drinks, take some pills, smoke a pack of cigarettes, or black out on a meal. It might help a little, but it’s destructive and disconnects you from your deepest self. People on a spiritual path binge watch Netflix or black out on a meal.
Why are we so afraid of emotions? We must remember that emotions are not real and change quickly. And to be free, we must observe our minds with enough meditation and yoga. We who are on the spiritual path must go through emotions. Feel the emotions deeply. The process of feeling the emotions facilitates the deep release of emotions. What are we afraid of? Are we afraid of silly emotions or are we afraid of bigger emotions? Going deep into the emotions and focusing our awareness facilitates the release of emotions. Feel the depth of these emotions with your whole consciousness. Then,
You can always turn to spirituality or astrology for a bypass, and meditation can also help, but remember that you are much bigger than your emotions. If there is a storm brewing, Billy Buddy As the Herman Melville classic puts it, “Tie yourself to the mast and walk through it. At the end you will find that your eternal self is much bigger than a few waves. You yourself are the waves, you are the ocean. How can you fear the very waters of which you are made? Stay tied to the mast and say whatever storm comes, I’m here, and let the storm pass through me. How can we escape small emotions? What power can they have over us?”
Don’t storms make you a deeper, more powerful person? Why not embrace the storm? Realize that you are unchanging and nothing can touch you. You are invincible. Merge with the water and become one. The ocean and the waves are one.
So, if that’s not possible, you can always do the following:
1) This is the time to get rigorous with meditation, yoga and other spiritual practices because they will lighten your load and give you the strength to deal with anything. When we face difficulties, it is easy to neglect the things that are good for us, but that is like taking off your winter coat when the temperature is below zero.
2) Donate your time and money to help those in need. This is one way of dealing with karma, getting out of your possessions will make you feel better and help you overcome your karma.
3) Eat and exercise regularly. There is a tendency to drown difficult emotions with food, or to skip exercise when tired or lazy. Doing what is good for you regularly will help you overcome many ailments (6th house). Avoid addictive or non-life-sustaining behaviors, especially now. The desire to escape is strong, but this usually quickly leads to more difficult problems. Get some extra rest instead of staying up until 2am watching 10 episodes of Netflix.
4) Use this time to deepen your spiritual knowledge, attend spiritual gatherings and associate with positive people.
5) Do transformational healing work to move through these energies.
This current phase will be eased slightly from August 5 onwards.Number However, Saturn will move into Aries Navamsha on August 19th.Number-October 3rd And that will increase anxiety.
