Pluto works in mysterious ways.
To understand what you can expect from Pluto in Aquarius, we first need to delve into the nature of Pluto itself.
Who is Pluto? What does Pluto want?
Pluto is where we are asked to dig deep and uncover the root causes of things, and keep digging until we reach the ultimate truth and deep level of understanding.
Pluto means “fate” itself. It is the forces of nature that have brought us into existence. Pluto is our survival instinct. (Ruled by Mars) It’s not just an individual survival instinct, but a collective survival instinct as a species. It is the instinct that sustains life itself.
Trying to resist Pluto is like resisting the laws of life. It is us against the world. That’s a wasted exercise.
Pluto is not here to give us what we want. Pluto’s goal is to help us transcend our ego needs and act in alignment with the greater good of the universe.
Therefore, it is important to align yourself with Pluto rather than resisting it.
#1 About Pluto
If we were to distill the essence of Pluto and identify the core of Pluto, it would be this:
Pluto is what excites you the most. Pluto is what you resist with all your might, what keeps you spiraling and what keeps you awake at night.
Pluto is the most difficult for us to understand, and the one that we cannot understand at all. It’s the situations in life that seem incomprehensible, the people we struggle with, the people we despise.
Pluto is our shadow.
Think about it. When the sun shines on you, it casts a shadow. This is how the light is projected, not at you, but around you. Still, it’s part of you. Because if you are not there, the shadow does not exist.
The shadow is what we reject, what we do not integrate, what we deny or project onto the outside world. Carl Jung said:Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it destiny. ”
As long as we reject our shadow, we project it outward and experience it as an external event.
Meeting our shadow is an absolutely necessary process. Unless we face it and enter our own underworld, we will always be at the mercy of Pluto.
The hardest truth is that it is not Pluto who is your worst enemy, the one who is causing you so much pain and suffering. It’s you. More specifically, it’s the part of you that you can’t face.
If something triggers you or you can’t figure it out, it’s Pluto at work. It is your shadow, calling your attention and revealing something within you that needs understanding.
Even if a crime is your trigger, it doesn’t mean you’re a criminal. But there’s something about the nature of the crime that you need to understand that shakes you very strongly.
Maybe it’s the fear of your own anger. Perhaps it’s an unconscious fear. What would you do if you found yourself in a similar situation? Or it could be an earlier unprocessed encounter where you were the victim or a witness to a similar event and have not fully accepted it. This unprocessed experience is lurking in your subconscious, begging to come out.
The long journey to the center of Pluto
Of course, the ways of the underworld are mysterious, so it is not easy to confront them. Processing the Pluto theme will take some time. It takes a very long time to truly get over someone who has wronged us or to get over a betrayal, if we are honest (and don’t just say “it’s over”) .
It takes time to admit your mistakes, lack of maturity, or tendency to seek instant gratification, and it often takes repeated exposure to similar challenges to truly understand.
That’s why Pluto’s transit through the Sun is so long. Because it takes time to process Pluto’s lessons. It takes time to uncover and understand what is buried deep within our subconscious.
But this journey, with all its trials and tribulations, is worth it. why?
Because it helps us grow, develop wisdom, and cultivate compassion. Because it brings us closer to the true path. And because it helps us understand that we are part of something bigger and that our personal growth is aligned with the greater good.
Despite Pluto’s strong reputation, a picture speaks louder than a thousand words: Pluto has a heart.
Whatever Pluto does, it is done out of a deep and transformative love. Pluto’s purpose is not to inflict pain, but to free us from suffering and outdated ego structures.
When you align with Pluto instead of resisting it, life becomes lighter and less of a constant struggle.
Will there still be issues in the future? of course. However, there is a big difference between swimming against the current and swimming with the current.
Pluto helps you swim with the tides, in harmony with the laws of the universe.
