WHO WHAT WEAR × Sleeper Party Pajamas Present Terms of Use
1. The Who What Wear x Sleeper Prize Draw (the “Promotion”) is organized and operated by Future Publishing Limited trading as WHO WHAT WEAR, incorporated in England and Wales with company number 02008885 and whose registered office is Quay House, The Ambury, Bath, BA1 1UA (the “Promoter”).
2. The following terms and conditions apply to the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, entrants are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to, or refuse to award a prize to, anyone who breaches these Terms and Conditions.
3. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, France, Denmark and the Netherlands, aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and other persons involved in the administration of this promotion.
4. This promotion starts on Sunday, December 14, 2025 and ends on December 21, 2025 at 23:59 pm. (“Promotional Period”).
5. The promotion consists of one prize draw (one pair of sleeper pajamas). Giveaway posts will be posted by or on behalf of the Promoter on 14 December 2025 via social media channels (“Platform” @whowhatwear.uk and @daily_sleeper respectively).
6. Participation in the Prize Draw is free of charge and Entrants may enter the Prize Draw upon successfully completing the Promoter’s entry requirements during the relevant Entry Period (as set out in Schedule 1).
6.1. If you are entering via Instagram: (i) follow the @whowhatwear.uk and @daily_sleeper accounts on Instagram and enter the following information in your post: (ii) like; (iii) tag at least one friend over the age of 18 in the comments; Each comment is an entry and participants can secure additional entries by re-sharing the post on their Instagram stories.
7. Entrants may submit an unlimited number of Entries on each Platform in connection with the Prize Draw, provided that Entrants again meet requirement (iii) in Section 6 above. Only entries submitted during the applicable Entry Period will be accepted.
8. Within three (3) days after the end of the Entry Period, one (1) Prize Winner (“Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected by computer from the pool of valid Entries.
9. Prize winners will be notified by the Promoter’s official @whowhatwear.uk platform account that they have won a prize within the period set out in clause 8 above via a direct message to the platform on which the prize winner submitted their entry.
10. Prize winners must claim their prizes within 30 days of being notified that they are a prize winner. If the prize winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right (but not the obligation) to re-award the prize in such circumstances.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to make winning a prize a condition of providing sufficient evidence of identity, age and/or address to confirm eligibility to enter the prize draw.
13. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control require it to do so.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to postpone, void, cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion as it deems necessary. Any changes to prizes or these terms and conditions will be posted at: https://www.whowhatwear.com/uk
16. Entries from agents, third parties, organized groups or automatically generated applications will not be accepted. Incomplete or damaged entries will not be accepted. Entries not made during the Promotion Period or that do not comply with the Entry Procedures and these Terms and Conditions will be rejected.
17. The Promoter must publish or make available information indicating that a valid prize has been awarded. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send a copy of the prize winner’s last name and county, and if applicable, a copy of the winning entry to anyone sending an email. [megan.storey@futurenet.com] Alternatively, please write to Future Publishing Limited, Quay House, Ambury, Bath, BA1 1UA, within one month of the promotional period (enclose a self-addressed envelope). If you object to your last name, county, and any or all of your winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at: [megan.storey@futurenet.com]. In these circumstances, the Promoter must still provide information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
18. Personal data provided during the course of this prize draw will only be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s regulations. Privacy policy. Please also see Section 17 for announcement of winners.
19. To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will the Promoter, its agents, distributors and/or its distributors be liable to indemnify a prize winner for any loss, damage, personal injury or death suffered as a result of the use of the prize, except to the extent caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, distributors and/or its employees. Your legal rights remain unaffected.
20. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
21. This Promotion is not sponsored, administered, or endorsed by Facebook Technologies, LLC, Instagram Limited, or Twitter, Inc.
