Tune into Bill Nighy’s podcast

Bill Nye has a podcast called. unscrupulous. The esteemed actor asked listeners to “spend time” with him and send in their questions, adding the condition that “I will try to answer your questions without making things worse.”

So far, my favorite episode is the one titled “”.There’s nothing wrong with my custard.”So Roger from Norway asks what to wear on the streets of London. Nye replies, “If you and I have a future, don’t wear linen.” In other words, you’re free to wear it, but I won’t be around. I don’t want to stand next to someone wearing linen. ” and then adds another fashion tip. “Even in London there is a tendency not to wear socks. Again, if you don’t wear socks, you and I have no future.”

Nye went on to give Roger some great style advice on what to wear when visiting, saying, “Depending on the season, you should wear a relaxed navy blue jacket and a three-button leisure polo underneath.” Levi’s 501 – Loose cut, not too tight or weird – and a pair of Dr. Martens shoes. Then nothing can harm you. There shouldn’t be any problems. ”

When another listener asked the 75-year-old actor where he stood on Marmite, Nye suggested having the savory with beans on toast, which I then tried too and enjoyed. Thank you, Bill.

My horse is ignoring me. ” Tom from London asked if there was an age limit for getting a tattoo. “Yes, Tom, I’m 12 years old,” Nye says, “That’s my position… But if you’re a tattoo kind of person (and it seems like everyone is now) then the answer is ‘There’s no age limit.’ In my opinion, you could be on your deathbed and get a tattoo. ”

Each episode includes a playlist and book recommendations. And clearly he has good taste…
