The Palm Heights Packing Edit

When packing for Palm Heights, I always start with pieces that make a statement and are fun to wear. It’s a destination where color, shape and texture naturally take the lead, where wearing the clothes is part of the experience. I’m drawn to statement silhouettes and bright colors.

For this trip, that meant printed silk separates, fluid dresses, and swim-centric looks that read as part of an outfit, rather than something to be worn only by the water. A Pucci silk skirt to wear over a swimsuit for lunch, wide-legged linen-blend pants for afternoon comfort, a roomy beach bag to take anywhere, and jewelry to add contrast and texture as day turns to night.

Work from a loose framework rather than packing for every possible scenario. This is an editing method that will keep your suitcase versatile, playful, and ready for real-life day-to-day developments.

Palm Heights packaging formula

Swimsuit:
one piece and bikini The colors and contrasts are designed to layer with skirts, pants and shirts.

dress:
dress Prints, colors and textures make a statement at night and pair well with accessories. Style it with statement jewelry, heels, or a look-changing bag.

Separation of days of the week:
silk skirtwide leg pantsbeach shirt Designed to mix and match, you can wear it while swimming, mix and match, or accessorize and wear all day.

Light layer:
duster, Kaftanor maxi tops Add shape and flow and transition easily from day to night with jewelry and shoes.

shoes:
flip flops From the beach to lunch and color forward heel Designed for long nights.

accessories:
bag and jewelry Items that are meant to be layered, stacked, and swapped out, bringing color, contrast, and personality to any combination.

It’s about making a simple and attractive suitcase. Prepare for long days, warm nights, and whatever your journey may throw at you by packing items you’ll want to reach for again and again.
