Welcome to Great Tryon. In autumn, you’re really in the air, so we seized the opportunity to try out some of the best New Inn pieces from your favorite brand and documented the process along the way. I believe that the best way to shop online is to look at the item IRL and read honest reviews, so I hope this will lead you to the most successful purchases of the year.
I’ll say that, but there’s always one store on High Street. Overdie Ver About the trends you’re most hoping for when a new season begins setting up. Of course, one of those stores is Zara. Taking care of checking out the latest products of autumnal goodness, I sent myself on a retail safari to one of the biggest stores in central London.
I am well aware that shopping IRLs can be busy, stressful, and over-stimulating, so I took it to myself and took it to do this for you (you can thank me later!). This is all about a great attempt!
In the context, I’m 5’8′ and usually size 12, medium or large, which fits my height, shape and curves. Most of the items I tried were quite strong in size and eliminated any guesswork. Many of the items I tried were straight cut, A-line or a bit sized. Many items on Zara start with XS and end with XL, which may be better, but sadly pretty standard for High Street.

1. Funnel neck jacket + satin separation + leather loafers
My review: If you know me, you know I’m sci-fi girly, so building a look that resembles Trinity from one of my biggest on-screen icons, the Matrix, gives me a great, unparalleled joy. With that in mind, I was naturally drawn to this high-shiny funnel neck black jacket. The funnel neck jacket is really taking off now, so I wanted to take part in the action slices myself. I tried this in a medium size (spot on, with an oversized fit) from Zara’s premium selection. I love its ultra-lightweight feel and the quality of the paper crisps, allowing enough layers under it, and the only reluctance to me in this jacket is that the place I want it (equipped with drawstrings, stoppers and elastic cuffs) is made from a true mixture of artificial fabrics, including polyrethane and polyurethane. If I really invest in a classic jacket like this, I would like to choose the 100% leather version for its real luxurious finish.
It was paired with Zara’s bestselling lace trimmed Cami to play with the glossy black texture of the jacket. This fall, Zara keeps people happy and brings it back to a full-black colorway. This top is the only spot for date night dressing, and its asymmetrical shape allows lace to peek or pop out from underneath the layer, whether it’s a sweater, skirt or denim (all very Orsen-coded). I found a corresponding skirt, but this time it has chocolate tones, which when worn together gives a rich and added dimension to the look. To finish off, you can find a rectangular black east-west bag (not laptop friendly, so if this is not negotiable for you, keep shopping) and shiny leather loafers (they saw it) wonderful (priced) and showed true intentions and practicality. Finally, oversized silver flower cuffs on my arms for artistic prosperity. Up to the toes, this is what I wear for the office and then take me for dinner after work or for drinks with friends.

2. Faux Fur Trimming Trench + Sweater + Sequin Skirt + Olive Accessories
My review: I’ve been hunting for a brand new trench coat, which feels just as modern and Timeless. I’ve loved Zara’s latest uploads and all of the styling I see online. This trench (which I first discovered on site) has both rich stuff, due to its mushroom tone and faux fur trim, so I was excited to find it and try it in the meat. The collar is removable so you can keep your choices streamlined or cozy. Not only that, but the coat itself is reversible, allowing you to switch the checked fabric to a deep green one-note tone. Both have modest eyes and very heritage, with their straight cut shape that allows you to swing and drape clothes without clinging. Again, this jacket is made from a mixture of cotton and polyester, but I think the latter brings that protective, shower-free quality to this groove. I went to the medium size, but I don’t mind the big ones even with a little extra layer space.
To add to the comfort factor, I made this thick, oversized knit into a spin. I love the fit and feel and I think it came down to the heavy cotton and viscose elements. I wanted to throw away the appearance a bit and give it a clean nighttime element. I had no choice but to try this super amazing, fully sequined miniskirt. Taking a little gambling can really be rewarding, and this skirt actually felt very enjoyable and powerfully worn. I took a picture of a shirt that is spot-on sized at size 10/12. I chose knee length boots to avoid passing too much on my legs. What are you buying lately? I adored the gorgeous olive green hues, patent glow, and kittens. I reached into my suede handbag to complete the fit. The suede handbag has a woven finish with stitches and top handles. This has once again been tapped by modern free-ho-free trends. This is not only very popular on catwalks, but Zara is doing it at a high street and pocket-friendly price. Overall, this is a great weekend look and is perfect for chic dinners and chilly nights at bar hopping.

2. Suede Collarless Jacket + White Denim + Chocolate Accessories
My review: I don’t make rules. A fall wardrobe cannot be completed without a solid suede moment. It can be used as a bag, jacket, or shoe. This suede coat was placed at the forefront of the store when I walked in and was part of Zara’s brand new premium editing, so I felt it was right to give it a try for the size. First and foremost, I noticed a neckline with no collar. New York Style Setter. Though this jacket is simple with knee length and straight cut, it can be mistaken for a designer given its sense of “quiet luxury.” The jacket itself is very heavy so I made this a big one. This has a shoulder-off shape that never before, giving it a silhouette that is easy to wear. For £169, I think this is actually a steal and will definitely be a bestseller.
I wanted to focus on chocolate brown shades, so I highlighted the coat with a squishy patented brown shoulder bag, boots with suede kitten heels and a brown leather belt. I wanted to implicitly consider my look base, so I chose a knitted t-shirt for what I could only call the perfect jersey gold milk tint, and a crisp pair of winter and white denim jeans. The jeans felt very soft and had a great stretch to facilitate wear. I loved their wide leg shape and floor length. Overall, this look felt elegant and refined, blew through infinitely wealth. I’m a real sucker of chocolate brown so this jacket and all the bells and whistles tick many boxes for me. What I’m rating is that I felt these items were not tied to trends, trends, or fleeting moods. They are a great addition to anyone’s capsule wardrobe and are definitely not to wear for the fall season.
