Insert it into the hem of the skirt. It’s layered under the tailoring so it provides contrast. The neckline is edged with silk. It is applied as a placement, not an overlay.
structure and silhouette
sculpted body. architectural neckline. Wrap the foam in a defined drape. Precise tailoring and clean seams that hold their shape.
texture
Tone-on-tone jacquard weave. Embroidery is embedded in the dark colored fabric. Airy mohair knit. Classic heels with leather studs. I made a structured bag using crochet.
softness
Flowing skirts paired with clean tops. Silk that stands out with sharper lines. Place a thin layer under the thick fabric. A drape with a well-balanced form.
These are pieces defined by proportion and finish. Interest comes from structure and fabric.
