This may be a pretty bold statement, but almost every woman I know owns a pair of Loeffler Randall shoes. Because it’s incredibly cool ballet shoes to a famous person camellia heels A staple of bridal wardrobes, Loeffler Randall has become the leading shoe brand in the industry. At the helm of the brand is co-founder and chief creative officer Jesse Randall, who has expanded the brand beyond shoes to include handbags, accessories, ready-to-wear and even a bridal boutique line.
Although Randall has always had a deep love for fashion, her career actually began in advertising. After gaining the courage to make a major career change, she entered the world of fashion and began designing for major companies such as: Coach and Banana Republic. These roles at industry giants provided valuable experience and insight. Eventually, Jesse and her husband Brian decided to create something of their own and launched Loeffler Randall as a shoe brand in 2005.

The company quickly gained momentum. Within the first few years, Loeffler Randall won prestigious CFDA awards and began expanding into additional categories beyond footwear. The signature designs, especially the aforementioned camellia heels, quickly became a staple on wedding vision boards, beloved for their elegant, feminine appeal and enduring presence in bridal inspiration. More than 20 years later, Loeffler Randall has grown into a diversified business with presence in major retailers such as Net-a-Porter and Nordstrom, operating out of four brick-and-mortar stores and generating approximately $100 million in gross retail value (TRV) annually.
