A new five-year agreement between Professional Darts Corporation and Alexandra Palace will see Alexandra Palace remain the home of the Paddy Power World Darts Championship until at least 2031.
As part of this ground-breaking expansion, the World Darts Championship will undergo its biggest evolution yet, with the tournament moving to the Great Hall at Alexandra Palace from the 2026/27 event.
The upgraded venue will increase the tournament’s total capacity by more than 70,000 to approximately 180,000, with more than 5,000 fans expected to attend individual sessions.
The expansion of this event comes amid unprecedented global demand for World Darts Championship tickets, as the event continues to cement its place as one of the sport’s most unique and popular experiences.
