Celebrities gathered for an intimate evening, wearing stunning high fashion dresses and daring ensembles that made everyone do a double take. therefore, Damson Idris and Michael B. Jordan Both looked fresh and dapper in suits by Ralph Lauren and Louis Vuitton.

Jennifer Lopez arrived at the 2025 Governors Awards wearing a sculptural Tamara Ralph Haute Couture dress styled by Rob Zangardi and Mariel Henn. She completed her look with soft glamor, including a sleek updo, glowing skin, and neutral lip, creating a balance between high fashion artistry and her signature presence on the red carpet.

Leave it to Teyana Taylor to steal the spotlight as always! The “All’s Fair” actress looked stunning in a strapless embellished gown by Miss Sohee. From the look of it, we’re almost certain she’s going to slay this entire awards season, and we can’t wait to see more of her perfect looks. She opted for silver metallic heels and her short hairstyle highlighted her beautiful features.
Queen Latifah in Lanvin

Queen Latifah wore a bright red Lanvin dress that featured a relaxed draped silhouette and a black decorative floral motif along the neckline. The flowing design provided a sophisticated and effortless statement against the evening’s formal backdrop.
Anya Taylor-Joy in Maison Margiela

Actress Anya Taylor-Joy looked like a winter princess in an all-white Maison Margiela chiffon dress with exceptional draping throughout. Her gown, with its cape-like sheer back and sheer, neutral underwear, had a very progressive look. Her statement necklace was a lovely accent piece, sparkling next to her diamond earrings, and her long blonde hair couldn’t have been more fitting.

Cynthia Erivo attended the festival wearing a striking seafoam-toned Givenchy look consisting of an oversized belted coat with sculptural, textured appliqué details. The coat’s sculptural surface extends to the full-fringed skirt, creating fluid movement on the carpet, a dramatic and tactile expression of modern haute couture craftsmanship.

Chase Infinity wore a Louis Vuitton tiered tulle dress that featured soft, voluminous layers to create an airy, sculptural silhouette. This look was a modern and dreamy interpretation of the home’s red carpet aesthetic.
Damson Idris wears Ralph Lauren

Honestly, Damson Idris is a great guy and we’re glad he came to America from London. For the Governor’s Ball, he took advantage of his rich brown melanized skin in a chocolate brown double-breasted Ralph Lauren suit. She layered the suit over a crisp white shirt and opted for a bow tie instead of a tie. Completing his look with velvet Ralph Lauren flats, Damson Idris definitely earned a spot on our best-dressed list.
Michael B. Jordan in Louis Vuitton

Michael B. Jordan, who imitated a young Denzel Washington, also looked dapper at the lavish event, wearing a dark navy Louis Vuitton suit with a black satin collar. His suit was sharp, sophisticated and perfectly tailored, and he kept it timeless with black oxford shoes. His stud earrings also felt intentional, adding a touch of sophistication to his well-kept look.
Hailee Steinfeld in Stephane Rolland

Hailee Steinfield nailed it in a never-before-seen gray Stephane Rolland dress. Contemporary in every sense of the word, her sculptural dress, adorned with panels and rhinestones, caused a stir. Hailee Steinfield’s architectural gown, which was soothing to look at, was very different and perhaps very magical.
Ariana Grande in vintage Dior

Ariana Grande can do no wrong in our book.“Dangerous Woman” The singer looked dangerously classy at the Governor’s Ball. Her blush pink asymmetrical gown featured beading from the bust to the waist, giving it the appearance of a 3D floral print. We thought Ariana looked stunning and the craftsmanship of the dress was phenomenal.
