Announcement of The CW production (apparently) It made Hollywood headlines for the first time last year.and now we’ve not only got the release date, but also the official trailer in anticipation of next week’s premiere. Scheduled to be broadcast on Sunday, November 30th Knowledgeable Sheldon feels great The piece chronicles the title character (played by Riley) rediscovering Savvy (as she knew it) after realizing that she is simply unhappy, uninterested, and unfulfilled. Personally and professionally exhausted, Savvy leaves behind a thankless job and dead-end situation that has long been unbearable, and embarks on a journey to reclaim and rebuild herself.
But while the cookie may be crumbling amidst Savvy’s failed career and connections, it’s not the only thing in need of a makeover. In fact, so is the kitchen, which she inherited from her beloved grandmother. Then a handsome contractor (played by Dorian Gray), hired to renovate the chef’s beloved cooking space, comes to the rescue. But…despite being surrounded by wonderful family and friends, things take a warm and delicious turn when Savvy (instead) realizes that she might be an unexpected ingredient in life’s new recipe.
After the announcement, McCoy took to his Instagram to share his thoughts on Riley embodying the role. “It’s emotional to know that someone I admired from afar (and let’s be honest, up close I was probably a klutz) saw something in this character that was partially formed from some difficult truths I had to face,” she wrote in the caption.
“Amber did it with ease, grace, and a tenacity that clearly shows that she takes my daughter seriously. She shines from the inside out.”
With Riley and Gray Smart Sheldon feels good as hell The cast includes Nadine Whiteman, Malaika Henney Hammadi, Kevin Hanchard, and Golden Madison. Amber Riley is one of my favorite actresses and I can’t wait to see her tackle this FMC. If you read this book, please let me know what you think.
