May was accompanied by movement – travel, warm days, and the kind of light it lasts forever. New arrivals found their way to the simple pieces that worked from city streets to weekend escapes. The crisp cotton, airy dresses and relaxed tailoring went through everything and provided plenty of construction without feeling stiff. Several resort-inspired staples remained nearby and were remade for daily comfort. Looking back, it was an easy month of dressing, shaped in an instant, both near and far.
