These quiet style shifts are defined by the overall emotions and aesthetics rather than one particular item. Old money style It’s one of the modest trends that have come to catch my attention again and again this month. This revival of classic elegance has been embraced by women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond. So today I found it fun to chat all about old money styles. I’ll break down what the trend is (and not!), how to achieve it, how to wear it this summer, and some tips to bring out the look with confidence.

Old Money Style is a fashion aesthetic rooted in timeless, classic and high quality designs. It embodies a form of quiet luxury – something that will catch your attention with its understated elegance and refined simplicity. Think Grace Kelly, Audrey Hepburn, or Jackie Kennedy. There are no strict rules for what you can or do not qualify, but there are some core characteristics that help you define and distinguish this look.

The old money style is to blend everything together. As mentioned before, big logos, flashy details and bold colors are not the goal here. Stick to a neutral color palette and don’t be afraid to become monochromatic. This is one of the easiest ways to quickly refine.
