Every Major 2026 Trend Is Hiding at Nordstrom, BTW

Spring hasn’t started yet, but you can shop the top trends now. The upcoming Spring/Summer 2026 collections from the likes of Saint Laurent, Prada, and Fendi made a lot of statements about how we should dress for the season ahead. Fashion month flooded our feeds with an eclectic mix of aesthetics, decades, and colors, from sophisticated prep to ’80s excess, with an emphasis on personal-focused, adventurous dressing.

While browsing Nordstrom, I noticed that spring’s most eye-catching trends are already available at the department store. This means you don’t have to wait until March to enjoy them. We browsed the retailer’s site to find eight top trends to buy right now, including jewelry and playful colors and prints. See it all below.

Personal preference pendants are back in a big way for spring. One of the most popular formats was the cord necklace seen on the Michael Kors Collection runway. Ralph Lauren, Victoria Beckham, and Coach. Minimalist, bohemian, and breezy at the same time, there’s nothing more subtle than your favorite embellishments swaying from leather or braided lengths.

Let’s go back, back to the beginning… In other words, to the core color. Color blocks resembling the six main hues of the color wheel appeared throughout the spring runways. From Versace and Loewe to Fendi and Prada. The most popular styles are layering a one-tone coat over a basic look or adding more playfulness by mixing and matching hues with an easy-going nature.

Here’s what you heard: Statement earrings are back. Saint Laurent’s sparkling post and chandelier earrings in rich jewel tones were one of this season’s most eye-catching trends. Glowing water droplets and carved metal were also discovered. Chanel and Acne Studios prove the power of oversized style.

Sober plaids have been in the spotlight for Spring 2026, which is no surprise given the season’s return-to-office work-ready mood. Geometric prints on skirt suits, blazers and, of course, collared shirts are back on trend. Its gridlock effect is minimalistic and subtly equestrian, while still making a statement by hitting multiple notes at once.

The spring collection is both playful and sophisticated. Classic pointed-toe pumps were everywhere, highlighting the resurgence of dressing up. After the elegant silk scarves gained popularity, It’s clear that the brand is betting big on this piece for a surprising demographic in 2025.
