Last night, Fashion Trust US gathered designers, creatives and close friends of the organization for an intimate cocktail celebration to announce the finalists for the 4th annual FTUS Awards, to be held on April 7, 2026 in Los Angeles. Held at designer Christy Chum’s home, the evening felt less like a formal industry event and more like a moment of support, mentorship, and true community rooted in the future of American fashion.
I celebrated with some familiar faces like Wayman + Mika and Tina Ogyagian. Everyone gathered together to toast the next wave of talent. For this occasion, I wore pieces from designers you should know about. Chat by Cdam fashion bomb accessories designer Furore K NY—Because if there’s one thing I always stand for, it’s supporting budding designers not just online but in real life.

The evening marked the official announcement of this year’s finalists across ready-to-wear, jewelry, accessories and graduate categories. These designers were selected by members of the Fashion Trust USA Board of Directors and Advisory Board for both their creative vision and business potential. Beyond name recognition, the FTUS Award offers something that really matters: financial support, long-term mentorship, and access to industry leaders who can help move your brand forward.

All finalists will also be considered for the Sustainability Award, and this year’s winners will benefit from the Google Mentorship Program, with Google serving as the presenting sponsor for the 2026 award. Fashion Trust US, founded by Tania Fares, remains one of the few organizations that truly invests in U.S.-based designers, those who bridge the invisible gap between creative promise and commercial success. Last night reminded us why that work is important.

We can’t wait to come back in April and celebrate the winners. And I would like to continue to support the designers who will shape the next thing.
