Thursday 17thNumber October 2024, Ballymaloe House Hotel,cooperation Tyndall Wine Merchant Will be held Burgundy Wine Dinner (Burgundy). The event will take attendees on a journey through the rich and diverse wines of Burgundy and feature a selection of wines paired with an inventive five-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Ballymaloe. Menu items include Rossmore oysters and Ballycotton. Today’s catchBallymaloe Farm Charcuterie, Cork Cheese Board and the famous Ballymaloe Dessert Trolley.
Harriet Tyndall MW The Director of Fine Wines at Tindal Wine Merchants will enrich the evening with her unique perspective as she shares insights into the relationship between terroir, soil health and wine quality, shares stories from her vineyard visits and discusses her journey to becoming a Wine Master.
At night Dominique Gruillet Cremant de Bourgogne, Blanc de Blancs Wines featured on the evening include: Louis Michel Vaudesir Grand Cru 2019, Louis Michel Vaudesir Grand Cru 2020 and Thibaut Liger Belair Nuits Saint Georges Les Belles Croix 2021
Attendees will enjoy these fantastic wines paired with Ballymaloe’s renowned farm-to-table cuisine – the perfect event for food and wine lovers wanting to enjoy the best of Burgundy in the beautiful surroundings of East Cork.
