When it comes to style, the typical LA stereotype is to wear sweatpants or yoga pants with Uggs. It’s been that way since the early 2000s, when the iconic paparazzi photo of Paris Hilton and the Olsen twins in sweatpants and Uggs became popular.
To be honest, even as an adult, I was totally against them because they reminded me too much of my middle school days, but this month I finally relented and got a pair of each to have on hand for winter errands and lounging around the house. Every year around this time, I find myself daydreaming about escaping the New York winters and moving to Los Angeles. I walk my new dog, put on my yoga pants and Uggs, put on my sunglasses, and enjoy the mild weather and sunshine.
Recently, this combination has made a comeback with Addison Rae and Lily Rose Depp wearing this pants and shoe combination.
