Whether you were introduced Korean pop music (or K-Pop) Being a longtime fan of Megawatt Girl Group BlackPink in 2020, or this towering pop genre, it’s impossible to ignore the growing popularity of Korean performers in pop culture today. But what are we? largely What I’m obsessed with besides their music is the eclectic taste of nail art.

It seems there’s a K-Pop monolith style with styles like Blackpink alumni Lisa and Jenny AespaTheir tip Karinaware is years ahead of the trending cycle in the West, so we decided to go to the sauce to see what’s hot in the world of K-Beauty A-listers. But first, it is important to know what separates Korean nail polish from others.

“K-Beauty Nails is about easy elegance with a playful twist,” says Celebrity Manufacturist to Jisoo and the founder of the brand at BlackPink. Jin immediately. “The care of the cuticle is the next level. Always clean, accurate and gentle. This creates the perfect canvas for Polish and designs. Even with gel, the layers are very thin and seamless, giving the nail a naturally beautiful glassy finish.” Choi explains that it shines here as Korean nail polish focuses on nail health and Lisa’s go-to manuscript. Juan Alberak-nail supremacy stems from its unbound creativity.

“The attention to subtle details is a big part of what separates K-manicure, known for its detailed accent arrangements like small crystals and droplets,” says Alvear. “Consistency and intentionality are two main roles for a good manicure.”

Scroll to find nine K-pop-inspired manicures that you feel are ready to embark on a world tour.

Soft Maximalism

With 3D nail trends becoming so mainstream in the past few years, you may not be surprised to find out that more K manicures are beginning to be *slightly *dialed. “In 2025, we’ll see the nails leaning against the recent K-pop trends in hypersetel aesthetics,” says Choi. “Expect super embarrassing jelly nails paired with delicate 3D details such as crystals, pearls and charm. A softer, more wearable take on maximalism,” she adds.

Think about sheer extensions and baby rhinestones (like Choi’s look) Sora Che 2025 Met Gala), jelly polish, and oversized polka dots. Balancing the stored butt and face is a new way to achieve nails that feel “knowledge.”

Omakase Nails

Can’t decide on your nail art? There’s no problem. This trend was essentially created for indecisive creatives. Instead of choosing one nail art style, this trend is sampling different textures and patterns, each nail being different from the other nails. “I think the freestyle mismatched nails will have a big impact this year (think Omakase Nails),” says Alvear. There are no beginners when it comes to freestyle sets, but celebrity manicureists have created many mismatched manicures White lotus Alum Lisa.

Cat Eye

Cat Eye, or we should say Katseye (Sorry, I needed it) For quite some time, my nails have been trending up, but there has never been a better time to jump to texture trends than I am now. “I’ve noticed that a lot of cat eyes and gradients have had a big impact right now,” says Alvear. This orb-looking polish is the perfect way for single polish followers to enhance their appearance without leaning too far towards the biggest. Though it appears to be layered under the 3D decoration.

If the name “Jelly Nails” is so cute that it intrigus you, the nail polish itself will make you lace at the salon. That’s basically Thin dress trend For your nails, there’s a little more playfulness (and, oh, it’s been coded in summer). “Jelly claws are about juicy see-through colours that look like colored candy or glass sculptures,” explains Choi. You can achieve this look with jelly polish (the gel usually works best, but there are also regular polish options!) or you can add colorful polishes to your favorite topcoat to get a luxurious shared shade.

K-Nail is known for its fun and flashy elements, but minimalist nail polishes are just as eye-catching. Invisible art

This upward trend indicates that not all nail art is colorful or should be easily discovered. Choi will be dubbing this trend, “Invisible Nail Art.” This includes “subtle designs such as transparent sculpture textures and faint patterns that reveal themselves only under certain lighting.” Choi experimented with this trend, by constructing clear bubbles in jisoo’s nails to get a playful look called “subtle but impressive.” Whether you choose to be bold or simple with transparent art, make sure it catches your eye.

Clean and natural

“The short to medium natural shapes are still a good choice. They are young, fresh round almonds, with soft squares and round almonds in mind,” says Choi. The classic style between every corner of the world, the natural shape of a slightly thin polish, will never make you wrong. Jisoo and Aespa’s Karina I often relied on this simple style. While Blackpink alumni are “all healthy nails” and share that they prefer a glotti finish, the manuscriptors I achieved this look with Karina One Jin Soon Shade Pixie coat is ready for a “well-present” photo shoot.

“A really good manicure isn’t just about how it looks at the moment. It’s about the full experience and how the nails wear over time,” Choi muse. “It should strengthen your natural nails, feel zero gravity and keep its new and refined look for days.” What is one of the easiest ways to achieve this effortless look? By seeking thin syrup nails on your next salon visit. Your nail technology may look at you under quisical brows, but according to celebrity manuscripts, you can simply ask for “milky pink, beige, soft lilac.” “[These] It is everywhere and is often layered for a finish that spans the semi-transparent skin. ”
