Cannes is the 10th Global Short Film Award
The Global Short Film Awards Gala returned to the iconic Hilton Hotel Cannes on May 20, 2025 at its 10th annual premiere. The Prestige Black Tie Event celebrated excellence with a short film.
The film, which won the 2025 popular competition, includes outstanding entries in multiple categories from the US, Italy, Spain, UK, Sweden and Iran. Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor and Best Actress Award will be announced at the gala. The evening was hosted by Emmy Award-winning actor and producer Vincent DePaul.
