Devin Nelson’s new edition of surreal SFTTRPG Pale dots It was released on Before Kickstarter This week I took the game to a physical edition for the first time. Initial release last year. It is produced as a full-color, fully bound digest size book and will be published by Plus One Exp.

Pale dots A tabletop role-play game with collaboration stories by Devin Nelson (@devindecibel). It is fantastical, surreal, perhaps different from humanity’s own ventures in space exploration, but one is universal. “Looking at Carl Sagan’s universe and reading his books was extremely formative and led me to develop my own ideas about the boundaries of science, philosophy and spirituality, Nelson said. The game exists as a homage to Sagan and as a way to improvise and improvise storytelling with friends.”
