Lions Gate has finally released its trailer HousemaidA thriller scheduled to debut in theaters on December 19th, 2025.
“The film plunges the audience into a twisted world where perfection is an illusion and nothing is nothing. When she tries to escape her past, Millie accepts the job of wealthy Nina and Andrew Winchester as a live-in home,” reads the official summary. “However, what starts as a dream job is quickly unleashed by something much more dangerous. It’s a sexy and seductive game of secrets, scandals and power. Behind Winchester’s closed door is a shocking world of twists that you can guess to the end.”
The video features the main cast led by Emmy nominee Sidney Sweeney (Euphoria, everyone but you), Academy Award nominee Amanda Seyfried (Mamma Meer!, Mank), and Brandon Skillenner (ends with us) in the role of Andrew. Alongside them are Michele Molone (another simple favor), Elizabeth Perkins (weed), Megan Ferguson (Gossip Girl), Ellen Tamaki (Manifesto), Indiana Elle (Chemistry Lesson), and additional talented actors.
