- 20 double-sided challenge cards
- 1 tournament set card
How about playing?
This is a one-handed racing game where you move blocks one by one to place them in the order of your scorecard.
Each player begins the game with his base and each numbered cube in the same position. The cards are shuffled and one side is chosen and used for play. One side is no more difficult than the other. Trophies are placed on the outside, and by flipping over the top card, you can place the trophy in the center of the card.

Players select one hand to hold the base and use the other hand to move the numbered cubes. Only one cube can be moved at a time. You cannot grab more than one cube at a time. Players may not change hands mid-round. Pieces can only be moved between “free” spaces on one of the four pillars on the stand. Pieces cannot be placed on the table instead of in your lap or held in your hands. You cannot stack more than 3 pieces on any column at any time. When solving a puzzle, you cannot place an empty pillar in the middle. Must be on either end.
When you think you’ve solved the puzzle, grab the trophy and place it on the pillar. The numbers are checked and if you get it right you get that card. Otherwise, all players continue playing until someone wins a card.
After someone wins a round, new cards are turned over, but the pieces remain in their positions from the previous round. Play continues round after round until the player obtains 5 cards and the player wins the game.

verdict
Sweet victory! is a fun racing game where you control number cubes with one hand and line them up in the order they appear on your score card. But things are not as they seem. As you move the cube around, you will see how difficult it is to move the cube from its current location to where you want it to be. You will have to move that cube multiple times on different pillars to finally get it to the desired location. Additionally, you may have to move the other cubes again to get them where you need them.

As you solve the puzzle, you may become even more confused, or realize that after you have placed half or one pillar correctly, you cannot place another without making a mistake with the correct pillar that you have already placed correctly. There’s only so much space you can move your cubes around, in fact only three spots are available at a time, and those spots usually don’t work very well.
Sweet victory! is a brain game that requires you to focus and change direction on what is going where. Instead of focusing on one pillar at a time, you need to focus on the big picture. When I first started learning the game, I tried to arrange the cubes so that the numbers and colors that were supposed to be on the top were on the bottom so that when I switched pillars everything lined up correctly. But this also only worked for some problems. Because eventually you’ll be moving the other number cubes to where you want them to go.
This game makes cheating very easy for other players because everyone is focused on their stacks and puzzles. Therefore, this game is easy to cheat if you play with other people who like to cheat. Still, this is a fast, fun, and surprisingly mental game that feels rewarding as you earn the cards.
