seven party agreement It’s described as a fantastical and glamorous TTRPG where three to seven players become the most prolific wizards in the universe. Their unfathomable power is demonstrated as they land in the distant sea. But their unique and inexplicable powers come at a price. They feel alone and imprisoned, bound by time-honored agreements. They each must decide whether to live their lives unchanged or destroy the known world.
Each player takes charge of one of seven books that provide the basis for their character’s backstory and role in the Celestial Audience as they face critical challenges. They also share a grimoire, a gigantic book of magic, which they use for sorcery and to change the rules of the game. The wizards place the orrery on the table and play a game every month. Each enchanter controls their own domain using stars and planets, and each is a separate board game with asymmetric rules. Over months and years, they discover their secrets and work with others to create various elements that circumvent the world’s laws. The world of the Pact threatens to overwhelm wizards and their games. As the story unfolds, the time draws near for the wizards to make a final decision about their future.
