Still goofy, JD and Turk take on mentor roles, guiding a new generation of interns through life-defining moments at a teaching hospital. Dr. Elliott Reed is also getting a lot of attention, but her relationship with JD is in rocky territory. Expect other familiar faces to make an appearance as well.
If you enjoyed the original series, there’s a lot to like here, as the revival hits the same beats. This list includes daydream-like scenes, touching interactions, and plenty of jokes. Whether that’s enough to attract a new generation of fans remains to be seen.
Whether or not scrub (2026) Season 2 becomes a reality, but most of Season 1 is still there. Episodes will be released weekly on Disney+, with the finale scheduled for April.
