Weirdhope Islands Comes with a specially written water adventure book. four fathoms deepby our favorite authors: Ennie Award-winning Leo Hunt (Varun’s Vault, Shrike), Zedek Hsu (The Perfect Wife, Bachelor’s Lone Song), Chris Eyre (Not enough villains, 5 million world) and Alexander Jatscha-Zelt of Golem Productions.
“Strange Islands of Hope” What began as a series of interlinked locations, an emergent story, which then became Ecomophos!! Designer David Brandi said, “This world is something I’ve come to know through many sessions over the past three years. It also grew out of images that stuck with me: a sailing ship gliding over the tip of a submerged skyscraper, or a group of happy pirates exploring a sunken world.”
Brandy is joined on the project by artist and longtime friend Daniel Locke. “What we are working on is Ecomophos!! “When David showed me one of the early drafts of the game, I immediately fell in love with the setting and the attitude,” Locke said. The task of designing and illustrating it provides an opportunity to conjure up and explore a visual world full of character and color. I have spent much of the past decade using illustrations and comics to promote progressive social issues and communicate new academic research. ”

According to the designer, the features of this game are:
- Rules-lite gameplay is based on Into the Odd and Cairn, a proven system perfect for rules-driven OSR/NSR/FKR gameplay. The text is fully CC-BY-4.0, so you can remix or hack the rules to create your own game.
- A no-prep sea adventure uses randomized maps and tables to create dynamic scenarios as you play, so you can focus on following the story at the table and discovering the world together.
- The game, setting, and endless campaign game rules are lightweight, giving space for pages of natural islands, artificial islands, volcanic islands, d66 crafting, d66 land creatures, d66 sea creatures, generation tables for 20 adventure site islands (each a one-shot adventure), and 6 major adventure site islands (each a mini-campaign). Combine all the parts to create unique campaigns that are infinitely adaptable yet rich in flavor and content.

- Guest Adventures We work with some of the best adventure writers in the indie ttrpg scene to create unique modules for our companion books. four fathoms deep. - Burden Punks carry a burden when things get difficult, filling their inventory with emotional baggage that has specific requirements that must be removed, leading to all sorts of new scenarios and high jinxes.
- There are no adaptation levels, only adaptations, only substances that change the body and devices that trigger new possibilities. Search for important items like orbs and implants, and enjoy the visions that come with them as they merge with your character’s self. Find the strange substance ambergris inside monsters and learn new spells.
