Introduction end of midfieldhe shared: “I wanted this album to be small and very homely. To get back to being naked, to go back to the basics, to let it all speak for itself, to just let the words and melodies come out, to really be raw and naked. That’s it.”

“It’s very close-up to explore a typical British middle-class family,” he added. “We listen to people talk about maybe three or four generations of the same family, but really it’s about how you break certain cycles. I think it’s a useful metaphor to examine how things can be passed down.”
