The band Dan Morado has produced a new album featuring contributions from Drags of Drags Adam Grandiel, Does’ Taylor Goldsmith, Madison Cunningham, Luke Temple and Rob Moose. I did. In a statement, Lucius said:
Our fourth studio album is the four of us, just like we first started recording together as a band. It feels like it’s raw and honest and going home. Something that resonates deeply with this moment in our lives. We are at home in many ways of the word. Over the last few years we have set roots, found life partners, built families, and started growing gardens. We got the dog (hears nearby and you can hear it in the background). We wrote songs about life and relationships. I recorded them in my home studio. We saw the beginning and end of this record, creating the beauty and vulnerability of human experience. So it’s just that this album is a self-titled, that’s our story, who we are now and who we are here. Welcome to our living room.
Commenting on the lead single, the band explained: “The “Gold Rush” is the addictive sweetness to love. The height and low value of the roller coaster. Sugary can’t get enough of you and can’t live with you. It’s energy and grit: the guitar is crying, heavy backbeat, dynamic vocals, flipping from poetry to chorus – mellow to strong – plays the band and reflects the emotions of the lyrics. ”
