in video When announcing “White Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter,” Del Rey said it was her favorite song on the album. “I’m really happy,” she said. “It’s finally coming out. I played the strings, produced it a little with Drew Erickson, mixed it with Dean Reed, mixed it a little with Laura Sisk, and Jack Antonoff and I put it together. I finally found the magic chord that I was missing. My brother-in-law Jason Pickens, my sister Chuck Grant, and Jeremy also wrote the song with me.”

In the video, Del Rey said it would be released soon because “vinyl takes three months, so we have three months plus two weeks, give or take, it could be a little less than that.” A new press release also mentions the post, saying it is expected to be released in “approximately three months” and that “we will have more information on this soon.”
