Gambit: Wanted is Chris Claremont’s latest retro series that fills in the gaps and fleshes out the story from decades of work on the legendary X-Men series. Following hit series such as; Wolverine and Kitty Pryde, extreme x-men2022 gambit series. As for what inspired him to revisit Ragin’ Cajun, Claremont said, “It’s fun to come back to Gambit because when I first created him, we didn’t really have a chance to build out his backstory. I gave him the dichotomy of being both hero and thief, and that conflict created a rich patch in the story.” Gambit: Hiring The film is set when he first meets the X-Men and gives us a chance to explore why he decided to give up his free life in New Orleans to do whatever he wanted and become bound to this group of heroes, dramatically changing the course of his life. ”


“Having the opportunity to work on the Gambit book with Chris was an absolute surprise and remains a surreal experience,” Gill said. “Chris’s name is iconic and shaped my early days in comics. I’ve always thought Gambit was one of the coolest and most mysterious X-Men characters. Even though I’ve been drawing comics for Marvel for over eight years, I’ve rarely drawn him…until now!”
