fall out On a lighter note, there was a lot going on in this week’s episode titled “The Other Player.” This episode was almost the opposite of last week’s Cooper-centric plot, so nearly every plot and subplot received some level of attention. Between the past and the present fall out I decided to throw a lot of things onto the screen here.

Although it was a bit of disjointed television, it was chock-full of interesting lore and story settings that will have fans digging deep into the show this week and perhaps beyond.

The biggest reveals all center around Barb and Cooper’s pre-war scenes, with the passage of time jumping around somewhat confusingly between the days before Cooper eavesdropped on Barb’s meeting at Vault-Tec last season and Cooper’s confession that Vault-Tec overheard her plan to start the apocalypse themselves. What we discover is not Barb or Vault-Tec’s idea, but the Enclave’s idea after Wilzig blackmails Barb in the elevator on the way to a meeting.

The fact that Wilzig was alive before the war raises enough questions, but it pales in comparison to the Enclave’s confirmation as the unknown player that Robert House was concerned about. I thought Season 1’s Wilzig and Enclave base were one-offs, as the Enclave was pretty thoroughly destroyed throughout. fall out 2 and 3, it appears that only isolated cells remain in groups throughout the wasteland.

That could still happen, but it feels less likely now that the first super mutants have arrived on Earth. fall out Drops the Enclave by name, indicating an attempt to recruit the Ghouls into an army preparing to resist them. Season 2 has been steadily building towards the Enclave, and it seems to confirm that the Enclave will be important no matter where this show goes.

This super mutant was great and highly anticipated. super mutant is fall out This was a great introduction to the franchise. We have to give a big shout out to Ron Perlman’s unmistakable voice and jawline as the unnamed super mutant. Because he is also an iconic character in this series.

How long will this inhuman resistance last? Fallout: New Vegas Jacobstown has a community of super mutants, but the show’s first super mutant doesn’t seem to have anything to do with them, with his large gore bag hanging near his hideout. I hope Jacobstown is okay, but given the show’s track record thus far, it probably isn’t.

At least he saved the ghoul Lucy impaled on the pole from going berserk. Watching him finally admit he’s Cooper Howard as a way to stop the feralization was definitely one of his best scenes, and a bit of insight into how feralization works. This is already known, but this is the most high-profile example of it.

And now he has a large glowing radiation shoved into his abdomen. The most popular theory for this scene was that Cooper would become the Growing One, which would be absolutely tragic if Cooper were to be reunited with his family, but would be a valuable weapon in the event of a war with the Enclave.

I’m sure many of you, like me, are wondering if Robert House ultimately discovered their existence, but I think Robert House did. Given the Enclave’s eventual cold fusion, I also wonder how, and if, House played any role in Wilzig’s escape from the Enclave with the relic in Maximus’ hands.

There is also speculation as to who exactly Hank MacLean was working for, as he did not necessarily have allegiance to Vault-Tec. He requests to be present at Barb’s meeting with House’s shadow warriors, appears to be interested in mind control devices, and is also the person who brings cold fusion to Las Vegas. Whether he’s a double agent for the House, a double agent for the Enclave, or nothing at all, his own ambitions clearly exceed those of Vault-Tec. Using these mind control chips is consistent with what both the House and the Enclave do.

I also wonder what role Barb will end up playing. Her decision to help Cooper with his cold fusion recovery came as a surprise to me, as I thought Cooper’s confession would destroy their marriage. Instead, we may be looking at a scenario that leads to further intimidation, or worse, divorce and damage to Cooper’s reputation.

You can’t blame her for deciding to help after attending a conference that treats the end of the world as nothing more than a publicity opportunity. fall out Last week, Barb revealed that Barb approved various Vault experiments, and in this episode it was revealed that during such meetings, Barb specifically knew in advance that the Vault’s water chip was failing, and decided in advance which Vault would be loaded with the defective chip.

(fallout 1 Fans now look at the game in a completely different light. )

It’s clear she wasn’t a good person before Wilzig blackmailed her, as evidenced in these meetings, but this episode subverts a lot of assumptions about her, as she ultimately helps Cooper. Although Barb is a terrible person, Cooper seems to understand her feelings and there is more to this story. fallout First episode.

Thanks to Dogmeat, Maximus and Thaddeus will be reunited with the ghouls and will likely be on their way to Lucy. Lucy spent this episode finding out what her father has been up to.

Ron Perlman as super mutant in Fallout

It hurts to watch Lucy emotionally play like a fiddle to the songs her father wants. No matter what Lucy did, he was in control of every moment of this episode, and he knew that the pressure to push his daughter away would not leave behind the people he had brainwashed to judge him. I can only imagine what other nasty surprises Hank has in store for us in the future.

That being said, I think the fact that Hank has already recruited so many people into his company’s sweatshop to produce more mind control chips proves the point I made last week that the Mojave residents are eager to leave their old lives behind. I think this also shows why Hank is succeeding now, even though he had many failures in his previous experiments. From the story of the snake oil salesman, we can reasonably infer that everyone working for Hank agrees to his experiments, and that that is why the device is working on them and not on the others that Hank has forcefully pulled out of the frozen state.

Now, I don’t believe for a second that their current lives are of their own choosing. When Lucy pressed the button, the sudden switch between the Legion and NCR soldiers erased any doubts about the existence of free will once the device was installed. Still, I believe that if given full, unhindered choice, many of these people would choose to stay where they are.

How does Lucy solve this problem? Great question.

For now, she seems stuck in answering that question, which means going along with her father’s pranks until the opportunity arises. I think Ghoul and Maximus will go to Lucky 38 before doing anything.

Lucy isn’t the only one caught up in the cascading Vault disasters. Thanks to the inbred Snack Group and Betty’s fall from grace, Vault 33 is now an inevitable disaster. I regret how relatable and painful it is to watch stupid people destroy their futures and lives because they cannot understand the basic concept of long-term gain over immediate gratification. While some fans don’t like these scenes and think they have nothing to do with the show’s larger plot, we have a pretty strong idea that FEV’s experiments are involved with these Vaults, and it has something to do with what’s going on between the Enclave and Vault-Tec.

There’s also still the unanswered question of whether Steph set up the wedding with Chet without her knowledge. Steph seems to be in the same position as Hank, or at least aware of what Hank has hidden from the others. Betty will likely only be able to save Vault 33 if she follows Steph’s demands. Everyone, please wait a moment. There’s no doubt that Vault 33 will play an important role in the show’s story.

There are only two episodes left this season, so I don’t think we’ll have to wait too long.
