He thought it would be a hassle if he constantly portrays the most dramatic part of the landscape of your view. However, “If you were kicked out into the landscape to see it, it would always have an impact.” Instead, using stones built on the waterfall by local workers and quarried there at the site, the house gives a unique impression and creates a perfect aesthetic sense. As Gunther puts it, “Waters cannot live without houses, houses cannot live without waterfalls.” And, almost 90 years after the completion of the main building, the course of American architecture is very unsettling and imagining.
