of 2022 State of Culture Report It is the culmination of a year-long global survey of 170 respondents across regional, national and global organisations, from which the team extracted key insights into the aspects of organisational culture and climate that lead to different performance outcomes, and the practices that drive day-to-day results.
Key findings from the survey include:
- Only 57% of senior executive respondents believe their organization’s culture is evolving quickly enough to remain competitive.
- Outsourcing in the HR field is likely to continue to grow, with 70% of responding organizations reporting that they outsource at least some HR functions.
- Organizations that reported large numbers of resignations cited inadequate pay and benefits, and a lack of continued investment in improving employee skills, as the main causes.
