Why Nature Is My Spiritual Practice…
SHARE

Spiritual practice is when you connect you to your inner light on a daily or at least on a very regular basis, connect you to the spirit, and connect you to a greater sense of unity and interconnected with everything you are.

Spiritual practices will help you develop your personal spiritual growth and development and make it easier to access insights, downloads and guidance from the spiritual realm.

For me, my core mental practice is connecting with nature.

Yes, I can meditate, use essential oils, practice gratitude, mindfulness, and even go back to love.

But for me, time in nature is something that helps me stay most mentally connected.

And the great thing about it is that it blends very easily with meditation, yoga, gratitude, and more!

When I walk through nature, my mind opens wide to nature. My spiritual chatter is slower, I feel at rest, and it’s easier to experience the unity with trees, birds, fresh air and sunlight, flowers, plants and even rocks.

Time in nature doesn’t have to be a major challenge, nor does it have to be a deep hike into the wilderness from a particular trailhead in the natural environment of the Immaculate.

My nature practice can take the form of walking around my neighborhood. Sometimes it’s a fast walk to the park, and sometimes it’s my favorite, I’m taking hiking in the wilderness deep in the natural centre, which is my favorite.

If there’s a crazy storm or something going on outside and I can’t get out and hike, or I can’t walk around, I peer into the patio, breathe in fresh air and meditate on the couch with cozy crystals.

Whatever shape, color, size, shape, etc., it takes… Nature’s time reminds me of my connection to my spirit, the earth, and everything.

Some of my best insights, intuition and inspiration come when I’m in the middle of my daily practice of nature, so I always go back to nature.

Every day, and sometimes multiple times a day, I naturally retreat and open my mind and reconnect.

In fact, combining the power of nature’s time with gratitude allows you to change the vibrations very quickly every time you go outside!

One of the fastest ways to quickly shift vibrations and increase energy, and one of my favorites, is to go outside in nature and do what I love to call a “nature gratitude walk.”

Basically, you walk outside in nature with gratitude. This can just leave the trailhead or walk around your office building or neighbourhood.

When you walk, you’ll appreciate everything you see. Thank you for the earth under your feet, fresh air, clouds, trees, birds, rocks, water, everything.

You can also repeat simple mantras. Every time I took a step, “Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

Walk, embrace the natural world around you, and celebrate it with gratitude. And ensure that your vibrations rise, you will feel better, you will feel more positive, and you will be magnetized more positively in your life.

Nature and gratitude are an incredible combination that balances your energy, so go outside, go for a walk and match your gratitude. Let’s go!

Do you see how simple your daily spiritual practices are?

Whatever your mind wants you to implement as your spiritual practice, whether it’s an era in nature, yoga practice, daily chan chanting, or Qi Gong, it honestly doesn’t matter.

It is to listen to your inner guidance and the voice of truth, to maintain your connection, to access your insights, to do things that shine, to do things that shine because you need light in the world!

What’s important is the daily ritual that helps you create spiritual practices, that is, to do what you need to do to keep you connected, nurture your spirit, and make your light shine.

What are your mental habits?

with love,
