How to Meditation Walking
Walking meditation does not require you to be on a beautiful beach or something. You can use meditation by walking around parks, towns, or blocks.
The main difference between this meditative walk and walking is usually in your intentions.
It’s very simple: basically start your walk with the intention of making it a walking meditation. Take a moment of tranquility at the beginning of your walk to set this intention and focus your consciousness.
Next, focus on your mind and on your body sensations.
Really feel your feet towards the ground, feel the air in your skin, feel the warmth and sunlight of your skin, or the coldness of the surrounding air. Be aware of your body and fully recognize your surroundings in the present moment.
One step at a time…
Take your first step with awareness and focus. Take the next step, be totally considerate, present, and focus on each step.
As I move one step after another, I feel the earth under my feet, and as I continue to walk, I feel the sensations of my feet, hands, and body.
Breathe and truly feel it in your body. Expand your consciousness and fully recognize the sounds, smells, colors, lights and shapes around you.
Walk with your heart as you continue to breathe and practice opening your heart with love for the natural world around you.
We will consciously expand and experience everything that is all beings.
One step after another, breathe, enjoy, and fully realize the present moment.
Breathe and notice that you are breathing.
Exhale and note that you are exhale.
Feel the earth beneath your feet and feel the air around you…
Take care and enjoy the beautiful moments you are here and there.

Your walking meditation doesn’t have to be long. Be present, open your heart and take one step after another.
As a result, you will feel so central and grounded!
Another big variation of walking meditation is to listen to guided meditation or to make guided angel meditation better while walking!
