If I hypothetically ask you to think of someone who is “really emotional,” what traits would you consider?
Do you get a spiritual image of someone who is incredibly happy, very grateful, amused or inspired?
Perhaps not… if you’re like most people, it’s a spectrum of emotions that is exactly the opposite of what comes to mind.
why is that?
In our society today, there is a tendency to have a fundamental assumption that emotions are negative, and more specifically, the crying is weak, and that they are intended to be hidden, controlled or suppressed.
But indeed, tears have a special kind of power to cleanse your mind, reconnect your head and heart, and reorganize you with the power of your soul.
Yet today, tears are generally considered to be a form of weakness, as they give them “childishness” or negativity.

Here is a slightly different perspective on crying.
Crying is healthy… on both emotional, mental and physical levels.
This is an example of my life.
When I first connected with Archangels and Jesus in a channeling space, I was overwhelmed by their immeasurable love for their existence, so there was a message there, but I couldn’t speak.
My vibration was too low and the energy of pain in my heart was too great, so I knew there was a message to share, but I was able to speak with my mouth open.
At the time I was embarrassed and felt like a failure…this was not home in a private place. I was in class and sat there waiting to listen to my channel. Instead, I shed tears.
But looking back, the tears were beautiful and exactly what I needed. Through my tears I have received powerful heart healing from God and a great test of the very beautiful energy of the angels and Jesus that I have connected with.
I cried out my eyes, and those tears made me let go of many of the pain I had had in my heart for years.
After crying that day, I felt better. I felt lighter and more freer, as if my weight had been released from my shoulders…
Scientific research has tested this and showed that people feel better after a good cry. Crying is a powerful way to let go of sadness and anger, past pain, sadness and wounds.
When you cry, it is your body’s natural response to what has challenging emotions manifested in your inner space.
Crying is a physical and emotional detoxification act…
Think of each tear as a physical expression of sadness and stress you are now letting go.
Stop crying and don’t use any other techniques to release the sadness within it, and the point of depression, or overwhelmed.
So if you want to cry… shed tears. Give a good cry, experience this powerful form of release and let it go.
While you cry, ask the angels to help you cleanse your energy and release what is oppressing you.
Let go of anything you thought he had the power of your tears and then move on. Refocus on what you want, refocus on love, joy, positive that you can move into the present.
If you want to cry, don’t suppress it… Tears flow and allow you to cleanse your mind, body and emotions of stress and negativity. On the other side is a new level of peace, love and light.
